These terms apply when you browse or place an order through the Giftora storefront. By placing an order, you confirm that the contact and delivery details supplied are accurate.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, personalization options, availability and prices are shown on the relevant product page and may change. Please review the final product, quantity, delivery details and total shown at checkout before paying. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
Orders and payment
Cash on delivery is not offered. Orders must be paid using a prepaid payment method presented in Shopify checkout. An order is subject to successful checkout and confirmation. Do not share passwords, one-time passwords or payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Giftora.
Delivery
Delivery is currently available within Delhi NCR, subject to address and product serviceability. Available delivery options, timing and applicable charges are shown before order completion. Contact us promptly if you need to correct submitted delivery details.
Returns, cancellations and support
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has been prepared. This does not affect rights or remedies that apply to damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed orders under applicable law. See our Returns & Refunds and Delivery & Shipping pages.
